Ever since I was a little girl I have loved food! Not just any food mind you, the kind that your grandma would cook for sunday dinner. Naturally my love of food has turned into a love of recipes, cookbooks and chic ways to entertain. I get the biggest rush at an estate sale when I find the most tattered and well loved cookbook knowing that the woman that treasured it put all kinds of wonderful secrets inside and dogeared the pages worth cooking. Its like finding a treasure map to a happy family dinner where everyone lingers and eats till their heart is content. So here I am taking a chance and sharing my love of recipes with you. I chose Bearcat Recipes because in the 1920’s Bearcat was slang for a wild fiery girl and thats what I am, loud, fun and wild.  Bon Appetit!
